Had a hard time getting my move booked with them. Recieved a call the night before stating one of their guys tested positive for covid, but move was still going to happen with one of their sister companys. They were to arrive at 9am and everything would all be the same. At 11am still no movers, I called Mamas Little movers to find out what was going on, no answer, left voice-mail. No return call, no correspondence whatsoever. 2pm no return call, no response. Finally at 3pm JDs Precision movers showned up.
I am very disappointed in Mamas Little movers and their sister company Blue Diamond Relocaters. I will no recommend either one of these movers to anyone

In July of 2020 I hired Mama's Little Movers when I moved from Oklahoma to Bella Vista. I rented a storage building. They met me there and unloaded the truck, Did an excellent job. Kept getting outbid on homes so decided to build. After two years, i might be able to move into my new house very soon. I will be calling them again.

I was in a pinch this week trying to move quickly. I called Mamas Little Movers LLC and sure enough they were able to help me. This company was so professional from the start. They were available to help me move this morning. I called the contact there and confirmed the time. The movers showed up promptly and began to do a full pre move on my house. This meant that they covered doors and flooring with moving pads to protect the house I was moving into. The guys began working on the 26 foot truck I had filled with boxes and loose items. In total it took roughly an hour if that to move everything inside my house. What was the most impressive about this company was that they were able to move all of my pieces with no damage at all. This was one of the biggest concerns I had but there was no need to worry with this company. They were hands down amazing. I let each of the workers know that I would be recommending them to everyone I know and I will ensure that I use them again in the future. If you want your items moved right skip the other companies and use this company. You will be very pleased!

My elderly mom scheduled movers to help load up a U-Haul and they didn't show. She and I both tried calling to ask what was going on and it went straight to voicemail. I drive to their office, no one was there, the lights were off, but the front door was unlocked and open. I went in and looked around a bit, but there was no one around. I called a different number and same thing, straight to voicemail, so I left a message but never heard anything back. So, my 67 year old aunt and I had to move everything ourselves. I hope nothing bad happened to anyone at the company, given the weirdness of the office situation, but yeah, we were needless to say, not impressed...

I hired them for mainly big items to be moved locally and found a small tear in my couch. I’m still waiting for a call from the upholstery person and would use them again if this can be taken care of. Right now I’m nuetral in recommending only because it’s still not fixed. It has been two weeks and I’ve only received one text.
Update: We have a scheduled date of pickup for the couch to be repaired and once that is complete I will come back and make this a 5 star rating.

Wow. These guys are great! We just needed a few large pieces moved in the house. They showed up on time. They were friendly, polite and professional. Affordable. We will absolutely call them again for any moving needs.

If there were 10 stars that’s what I would give these guys. They were very careful with all my furniture and moved it to my new home so efficiently. They were very kind and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend them. I have moved several times over the years and never had such a good experience.

These guys are courteous, pleasant and timely. Overall, they handled our many items with care. This is not an easy job. HOWEVER, they broke our BASKETBALL goal at a value of around $500 and our REFRIGERATOR at a value of around $3,000. They moved us 10 days ago and we still have gotten NO RESPONSE from insurance regarding these items though we keep getting promises of a solution. I hope I will be changing this review to 5 starts soon.
