Luis with Carranza Insurance Agency has been my agent for awhile and I cannot say enough good things about them. Luis has been there helping me navigate challenges such as my son getting his driver's license, then him moving to another state to begin his life as an adult, me moving across the metro area, and even my car window being smashed. I have both renters and auto insurance at a great rate thanks to his help. Any time I have questions or need to make changes he is happy to explain what those changes would mean, and other options available with what each of those mean. When my policy is coming up for renewal he reaches out to give me an update on if he was able to find any better rates.
