First time here! (MY EXPERIENCE) Had a 0730 appt time. You have to park on the side of the road if all the spots are full in the waiting area. I think there is 4 spaces. If spaces are full you have to find a park on side the road and walk through the gate to the back. You will see a sign saying Shipping and Receiving. Go in and check in. I got a door right away and they gave me a buzzer like you would get at a restaurant. Told me once buzzer goes off, come back in and get paperwork. When I got here there was a guy directing traffic to get in the gate. I’m not sure if he’s out there all morning or not. When backing to a door it’s not the best, but it is doaple. Also, depends on which door you have. Lot is small so you can’t have too many trucks at the dock doors at the same time. I had dock 6. Oh and no restrooms. That is my experience!! I would come back. In and out I’d say about 1hr

Manager helped me out with p/u number, i don't know the name, but she was very polite and respectful to drivers. Quick in and out, good people work here, recommended!

Nice people fast workers excellent service.
My appointment was not for Thursday morning. Got there Tuesday night and on Wednesday morning they worked me in really fast. In and out in less than an hour. I spent the night at the parking lot right across the street. I don’t know if that was all right, nobody said anything, so I just parked there.
Docks are kinda tight not very comfortable, but not impossible either. Looking forward to deliver or load here again sometime soon.

Arrived at 0715 for an 0800 appt. Had to wait for a door then me and 2 other trucks where put in doors. Why was the 2 trucks that arrived after me unloaded and gone but yet I still sit in the door. Got to leave at 1130. And yes I did have trouble getting into the door becuz of a transmission fuse but the other trucks couldn't get into the docks till I got backed in. And I was there before they were so still no reason to unload ne last.
