Booked a load with Mason and rate conf. was showing pick up till 4pm, driver arrived at 3pm and was turned away because the actual shipping hours were until 3pm, i requested TONU and was rejected. Called them to discus this and couldn't say a single word the guy was keep talking over me some kind of non sense.

I applied here got the approval. But went to their physical ability test only to be told that I am not qualified for doing flatbed. I have been doing this flatbed job for another company for 2 years now. I really feel that they should review this policy. I failed there test and still driving flatbed somewhere else.

Well it seems that ppl are getting their answers that involve this company. My 2 cent be careful booking loads because they want you to work for free. Load was delivered safe and sound within hrs but they still threatened to steal money from me and my company.

Lied to me about a load I booked coming from Beaumont, TX. I was told by Brett he would send me rate con Monday morning. Sent my truck down to Louisiana. I am a previous customer and will not use Greenbush Logistics services again. They poorly handled a claim resolution. When I requested they abide by the terms of our contract which their office manager signed they became verbally abusive instead of conducting themselves professionally.
