Went to pick up my shipment. I was there no less than 5 min with 2 ladies working and no one else around. The wouldn't acknowledge my presence until I stood right in front of their face.
No one could drive a forklift so they asked me to come back later. I came back 45 min to an hour and some men were there but they were scared to drive the forklift as well. Wasted 2 hours of my day a 1/4 tank of gas and 40 bucks trying to get my shipment. DON'T SHIP WITH THESE JACK LEGS!!!

The customer service is ridiculous. More than half of the time they deliver our packages to the wrong address and we have to go get them. I have tried to contact customer support and wrote emails trying to get this resolved. Still having to drive to get packages from the other house with our names on it!!!!!!
