After renting a non-gated mini storage in Trumann, Arkansas, I feel like my belongings are so safe for once. You cannot get into the gate without a code. I actually left it unlocked one weekend on mistake and nothing was messed with and the owners were kind enough to message me and let me know that I had left my lock off. It’s under 24 hour surveillance via cameras at every angle. It’s just nice knowing that my things are safe. I had a really bad experience with that one in Trumann.

Everything has been great so far. Easy to get the unit online, make the payment, and get in/out of the facility. My only complaint is the random junk that people throw out of their units that makes the place look trashy. They just stack it up in random piles around the facility instead of disposing of it. I do not believe this is the storage unit's fault, but the fault of the renters.
