Someone called yesterday to confirm they'd be delivering our load today between 8 am and noon. No show. Tracking showed "Out for Delivery between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m." 5 p.m. rolls around. Check tracking again. "Out for delivery" no longer showing. No call, no show. We literally waited here all day for this delivery. Tried calling, no answer. Guess we'll hope for the best tomorrow but or Monday, but... how hard is it to make a phone call? Evidently communication is a lost art. I'd give zero stars if I could. I am over companies not communicating and blowing off customers.

0 stars, this company is a joke for shipping. Surprised they'd even use the term "logistics" in their name as they lack the capability.

Not only have I had to contact them first every time for the whereabouts of my shipment, they've continuously told me they'll "get it out to me tomorrow". About 6 times they've said that and 6 times they've apologized for not getting it out. Originally they stated my package had no billing, the company i purchased from put it on the package 18 times (apparently, they too have experienced XPO's incompetence).. wow.

I even told them to deliver without me signing or needing to schedule a time, and they still couldn't deliver. My package has been delayed 2 weeks from the expected date.

The one day they were gonna deliver, 9 days after expected date, they still didn't! "A pallet was in the way on the truck". MOVE THE PALLET, lies after lies. I can't comprehend how they are a business. I will never, ever, have anything shipped through XPO again.

Shipped from Michigan 8/24. Arrived in Phoenix 8/30. Every day the website showed it would be delivered the next day. It wasn't. They wouldn't answer their phone (one number) and another number would go to busy signal. Did a support form on the website and got no response from corporate. Tried to email the CEO/COO and those emails were returned undelivered!! I was getting ready to drive down to the warehouse to see what was going on. Got a call 9/17 from the driver saying he was in the area. I wasn't home. No call from the office. Dropped everything I was doing to get to the house. Truck was there with three 1,000+ lb crates and 1 guy!!! He had gotten the first smaller crate off himself. I'm 5'3". I helped him with the second crate and I helped him guide/push both of those crates into the garage. Third crate got stuck coming out of the truck. Called another guy. Waited another 30 minutes. Got a neighbor who brought a saw and some 2x4s to jack up the crate to get it over a 3" threshold and onto the liftgate. Lucky the thing didn't tip over onto the workers, my neighbor or me. It was a safety hazard for sure and I'm disgusted that XPO would put their workers and clients in such a situation. They eventually got the third crate out and down and into the garage. Haven't looked at the contents yet but here's what the poor driver was dealing with. You can see the first two crates sitting on the road. The third crate was stuck there while we waited for help and plotted a strategy to get it out!!! Thankful for hard workers from XPO who went above and beyond and my wonderful neighbor Steve!! I will never ship with XPO again in life!!!

Worse place to deliver load. Had appointment at 2:30pm checked in 30mins earlier but got released after 22 hours, next day by12noon. Thanx XPO FOR ruining my weekend.

Ordered an engine that was shipped through xpo. They tried to drop the engine off on Friday with no liftgate after I talked to them on Thursday that I would need a liftgate to have it delivered. And I had to pay more when it was shipped to make sure a liftgate would be available to deliver. Then it was rescheduled for a delivery on Wednesday. Called on Tuesday to make sure it will be delivered. Then told it will be rescheduled until Thursday now. Then after moving my day off to make sure I was there to meet the driver they did not show up. Called them at 0800 and was told it was on the truck and will be delivered. Then at 1700 nope sorry. Finally after a whole week on Friday it was delivered.

I sat there waiting 4 days just to do a drop and hook because they like holding onto trailers and take their time to unload and the spotters are clown shoes

Apparently a huge corporation, I had never before heard of them. Service was surprisingly great starting with Juju at the security guard kiosk. It's not like UPS where you can walk into a store and drop a package, but if your commercial needs require their services I wouldn't hesitate.
