ETC (now I guess “Baum Shipping”) is great. The owner, Dimitri, is awesome and the entire team is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 for customer service… I’ve worked with a lot of freight forwarders in the past, large and small. My favorite thing about ETC is the personalized support and consistent communication. The team really handles each case with impressive attention to detail, and the owner has decades of industry knowledge (saved me a significant amount on my last shipment). Highly recommend.

The remote control trucks were not what they had on their video I feel like this places a scam and took 3 months before we got them
