Garbage warehouse. Took almost 30 mins to get checked in. Just to get sent elsewhere to check in again. Then get sent to another place again. What is the whole point of this? 1.5 hours for an LTL load is horrible management.

They change the address from my post office box and shipped to a previous address. They need to update sites like finish line that sell their products that they don’t use surepost by ups. Needless to say I will not be ordering any products from puma any longer as this was the second item they did like that.... I would rather them just cancel my order then deal with ups trying to track down a package which they never seem to be able to get back

They sent me wrong size and then proceeded to tell me I'm pretty much stuck with the shoes. Its a joke. Omw there tomorrow and giving them a piece of my gd mind. Been a loyal customer for 25 years and this is just flat out unexplainable. Puma you dropped the ball on this one. Covid 19 or not this is unexceptable

This is an established warehouse. Google Maps needs to update the location to the entrance. Twice, the app gave me the wrong instructions.
