I am really very disappointed because it has been since May 2024 that SHOPITO has not taken my request seriously. Between my purchases on Amazone.com + payment of shopito fees + customs + fees in France, I have spent + 300 €. I am starting to think that Shopito is not making an effort, I feel like I am being extorted. This is not normal. Results: I have not received my package and I have not been reimbursed. It is disgusting, I feel abused.

I had issues with them due to USPS being USPS. Beware that insurance is by the carrier not shipito, if you used USPS international it can take months until they process any claims, hence why they take pictures of everything. Their claims and insurance section could be much clearer and informing as with some carriers it's very straightforward and with USPS you could be looking at over 6 months in some cases.

But shipito did sort my issue and I'll continue using them. Just mind the shipping method used depending on the destination country, when they work, they work well!

Warning - Scam Alert ! This company and their shady partner ECMS stole 3 MacBook Mini from a package send to Asia and declared it "lost". On top, they asked me to pay 200 USD to ship the package back to US but then suddenly they closed the support ticket and deleted the shipment history on their website. As they open every package and know what is inside, they ensure to keep the good things for themself. Stay away from Shipitto !!

I had a problem recently over a package that was received at the Shipito Torrance Warehouse. I raised a trouble ticket, I was initially unsatisfied with the outcome and asked for the complaint to be escalated. Mariana was tasked with investigating my complaint further. In due course Mariana came back with a full explanation and put things right. I have been a client of Shipito's since 2011 and will continue to entrust my business with them. Thanks again Mariana.

Surprised to see all these bad reviews. I have been using Shipito since the last few years and have sent packages to their warehouses in Torrance as well as Austria and my experience with them, especially the Torrance facility has been more than satisfactory. They have been reliable so far and haven't experienced any of the bad things other people unfortunately have been through.

The only thing where they are not the best at is pricing, for a company with such high-volume numbers with various freight companies, their rates are a little higher than they should be.

Overall, I've been happy with the service and wouldn't have access to the products I want without them. Highly recommended.

I have used the services of this company to send me a phone. Package # SHIPITOUS5958447 was hold on in their warehouse for more than week without any message/notice. Even the shipment and all the necessary documents were agreed and paid. After 7 days they reported me as the security issue and asked me for the invoice and my documents. After one week they released my package. But my package was not delivered directly to USPS but via service of the third party shipper. After two more weeks of no updates I have asked again. After the third message they updated the location to Las Vegas which is more than 500 miles from me and the parcel still did not reach USPS. I expected this company is able to deliver me the package in 4-5 weeks but it is not the case! Distance from Oregon to San Francisco is not around the globe! I am leaving USA this weekend without gift for my sister because this company was not able to deliver me the package in one month! Do not use Shipito if you need any reliable services! I have unfortunately multiple experience with this company like this.

On March 27, 2023, I consolidated I, J, K, L, and M, which converts to O, so I paid $22 for the consolidation plus $144.35 for the mailout. They decided to cancel the shipping and refunded me $144.35, so the next day I received a letter that weights .07 oz. I told them ok put that one on the package and send it, so I needed to pay for another consolidation when they decided to cancel the shipment, so I did. Then The shipping charges went up to $375, I asked them what the difference was for a piece of paper, and the reply I got for them was that we made a mistake. So I requested a return service, supplied them with the shipping label, and FedEx would pick up the goods. Still, they said that they don't do that internationally and on top of that, they are charging me $27.25 for a service they never did or maybe to answer emails. On top of that, they charge me $11 because my package exceeded the time of the storage when they were the ones that make that happen to cancel my mail out. This company is the worse. They are robbers. I will go to all the reviews pages and let people know what they are doing. Shame on you, shipito.

I made a blunder and didn't check my map before sending a device, so a tip to those sending stuff to California, make sure it doesn't end up here. I know this company doesn't really care about it's reputation and seems to thrive on the traffic scammers provide them, but even if they don't do anything with this review I'd like to make it clear that the other reviews reflecting this sentiment are true and accurate.

Edit: they did reach out to "correct the issue" only to learn that they'd already released the package. Whether it was a PR attempt or just too little too late matters none in the face of the results.
