They did a good job on my shirts for a reasonable price. The service is all business, and not particularly friendly, but that was fine with me. They are busy and have a job to do. I will return.

THIS IS THE BEST CLEANING ESTABLISHMENT ANYWHERE. Kind, friendly FAST - and they text/message you when your cleaning is done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Brought in a shirt to be dry cleaned with the previously issued bag for vip customers they gave us years ago to get discounts. Those have been discontinued. Shirt was supposedly cleaned, but still dirty, and ironed. I could scrape of the dirt with my fingernail! Think they just ironed it. Cost nearly 18.00 and I had to leave it and come back the following week. Finally cleaned , but have no faith in this place any longer. Will be researching other more reputable dry cleaners.

Overall, I thought the service was good. When I picked up my shirts, I was found out that one of my shirts cost $16 to clean when I had been quoted a price of less than $5. The counter person told me that because the shirt included a small percentage of linen, that there was an upcharge. I would have appreciated it if the person who received my order would have inspected the shirts and let me know there was additional cost. Disappointing but, lesson learned.

Ruined my sweater. They refused to give it to me after I pointed it out even though I had paid. Believe it or not the police had to get involved. They have still not paid me for the damage nor assured me that they would. I'm a highly credentialed retiree. Worst experience I've ever had at a dry cleaners. The response below is inaccurate in so many ways that I won't bother with a response. I do have video of my interaction with the person working at the story where she repeatedly refuses to give me back my sweater, my property, even though I paid for the service. Also, the damage can not possibly be repaired. It's a blue sweater that now has a white splotch about 2 inches in circumference right in the middle of the front of the sweater.

I took my suit jacket to be tailored and cleaned and the customer service was top notch and the staff were friendly and kind! My jacket came out beautiful and was done on time. Thank you Four Seasons!
