Lawcopy literally made the impossible happen. We are a firm in Orange County and the fantastic team at Lawcopy was able to get a staff member to drive to San Luis Obispo with only a few hours' notice (in addition to a short time frame due to the doctor's office closing early) to copy records for us that same day and managed to scan and get us over 800 pages of medical records before the end of the business day. All of this during a PANDEMIC, mind you! I called and emailed so many businesses (So. Many. Businesses!) in that area and either I never heard back or I heard back too late that due to COVID 19 no one was going out or that they simply "don't do that sort of thing". Melody Alvarez was incredible and super responsive. We were put on the spot last minute to obtain these records that were urgently needed and with every failed attempt and time running out, I told my attorneys this wouldn't happen. Thank God I was referred to Lawcopy. I cannot tell you how relieved I was when I got that email with the records. My attorneys were beyond thrilled . If they can give this type of customer service during a pandemic, just think how great and expedient they are under normal circumstances! 🙂 Thank you, Melody and everyone at Lawcopy!

Our law firm uses LawCopy for everything! Especially during this Pandemic. We constantly send clients to them for copying/scanning because our office isn’t open. They get the documents to us within 48 hours every time. When I send my clients there, I ALWAYS tell them to speak with Melody and only Melody. She is the wheel that keeps that place moving.

Really efficient well run business. When I was working for a construction defect law firm and I was in paralegal school at night, these guys were on speed dial at the firm for everything from process serving to shredding and everything in between. Highly recommended!!
