Mike was super friendly and helpful. Facility is really clean and well kept. Love that they have a freight elevator for 2nd floor storage.

**update: I have to add that the second time we came to the facility, Cryshauna was super friendly and helpful as well. What an amazing staff you have. It makes a difference.

McCann storage is great! Always clean and staff is excellent. Unlike the big brand storage companies, McCann knows their renters and cares about them.
A special shout-out for Cryshauna McKee for her courtesy, helpfulness, and efficiency over the last three years as we leased various storage units. She helped us park our vehicles to load and unload, loaned us tape measures and dollies numerous times, and even brought us glasses of waters on sweltering days as we worked. Five stars!

Everything has been so stress free and easy! Cryshaunna has made us feel like family and e planned the whole process, the facility is clean and extremely well maintained. After a full tour we picked a unit in the newer building.

When CRYSHAUNA, greeted us at McCann mini storage I knew right away that this was a place for us. She showed us three different rooms and let us know the pros and cons of each. I recently rented a storage space from McCann. They were easy to deal with on the phone, and they were exceptional in person. They went out of their way to accommodate me on the day I moved in. They brought over an extra flatbed trolley, so I could load and transport two per elevator trip. They even offered coffee or tea when we took a break! The storage building and unit were in immaculate condition. I know I had storage options in Carpinteria, and I am SO glad I chose McCann.

UPDATE: AFTER MY REVIEW BELOW I GOT A CALL FROM MCCANN AND THEY HAVE INDICATED THEY'RE WORKING TO CLEAR THE PATH SO THAT ENTRANCE AND EXIT WILL BE MUCH EASIER. I VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THE ATTITUDE AND CONSTRUCTIVE RESPONSE THAT I RECEIVED. THIS IS GOOD NEWS!

Access to storage is very tight from the very narrow driveway and the easier gate often closed. Because it is also a moving company and used for storage of building materials If trucks are parked in the narrow u-shaped drive it's almost impossible to get to some locations. The elevator works fine with carts, but to be honest were this not closer to my home I would look for something with better access. Price is not cheap at $120 a month for an 5x10 space
