Elena is incredible! This is really the only place I will ever store. The gate hours are the earliest and latest and the customer service is above and beyond. I'm always treated like a friend or family member when I come in. The stress of moving somehow just softens around her and Mike is so friendly and informative! Big selling point is the ability to reserve/rent/pay online! I was browsing the night before, rented a unit, picked a check in date, and then checked in in person the next day. Got a gate code in person, and was shown my unit. No issues since! Super friendly staff and very reasonable prices.

I have referred quite a few cleans to Bryant Mini Storage over the years and in fact, I use it for my own storage needs. Everything is always very clean and the staff has always been very pleasant to deal with. It was also great to have a truck to move some of my belongings when I needed one. They never asked for anything extra except to bring it back filled up with gas. How many storage facilities would do that for their customers?

I've had units at this location since around 2019 . Primarily used for car storage or car part storage . Elena the manager of the facility is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She always has been super accommodating no matter how many cars or motorcycles I've shuffled in and out .
