I give them one star for communicating back to me even though it hasn’t been helpful. There system is not up to par with the rest of the delivery giants. Took forever to talk to a real human, and when I did they were not helpful.

I have had a package attempted 3 times and the company didn’t bother reaching out to me for assistance or even a reason why it was not delivered. I had to go through loops to reach out -and give them more information. Once they received the information they needed to complete the delivery, they “attempted” and did not deliver my package again. So idk what’s going on. The last straw was chatting with a person who said “I’m glad I could assist you” when they didn’t answer my real questions. Just seems like nobody cares to do their job.

I arrived at this location at 5pm to drop off some packages and was shocked to find that they had closed early! The sign on the door clearly says they're open until 6pm on Friday, but it turns out they close up early completely unannounced. There was no note posed on the door either giving any indication as to why they were no longer open. Don't waste your time going to this location!

AFTER 2 months of trying to send a package to KAMPALA, we found Michelle, at. this DHL. in San Diego. What an amazing human. She was so patient with us, helped us get our package ready for shipping to an overseas company That actually no one else had any idea how to do, she got it done. This lady is so amazing. Incredibly amazing experience from the first moment. We walked in the door until we left.. We know our package will get there.
Without any issues. It is my birthday today. And this is the best birthday present ever that my family in Uganda will get their package. There was a gentleman there as well. Right at first and he was incredibly helpful as well. I cannot get over this place I'm so happy right now . The only place I will ever go to ship anything in America are overseas.

Mohammed was absolutely AMAZING! I run a business and always have a lot to ship, but with my schedule, I can only make it in right before closing. I went in at 5:45 on a Friday with multiple shipments, and despite the time, Mohammed was incredibly kind, welcoming, and efficient. He handled everything seamlessly, explaining the process clearly and making sure everything was done right. The store was also spotless and well-organized, which made the experience even better. I’ve been back multiple times, and somehow, the service keeps getting better! Mohammed truly goes above and beyond—Come here for sure!

My email said my package was delivered yesterday, January 10th, and signed for by “Desiree”. I did NOT receive my package; nor do I know anyone named Desiree. Why isn’t DHS open on Saturday (at least in the morning)? Where is my (over $1200) item

This was my first time at this DHL Express location and Andrew was amazing! Top-notch customer service and he even called me when my package arrived. It had not gotten there when I first arrived so he gave me a couple of good places to have lunch nearby and promised to give me a call When the package got there… And that’s exactly what he did! Very pleased with the service that I had today… Thank you so much, Andrew For being an awesome representative of DHL Express!

Andrew did a great job helping me find the best rate to send a package off to Australia. They close at 5pm, and I was running late but made it in at 4:55 and he was very accommodating and helpful even though they should have been closed by the time we were done (thanks for that!) With the high cost of shipping overseas, I was so glad he was able to apply the promo code I found online for 50% off! I was quoted $777 at the UPS store, and paid a fraction of that cost ($180) here! DHL is the place to go for international shipping!!
