No frills, small office to send money by wire or boxes by cargo ship to the Philippines. The staff are competent, happy to answer any questions. The current exchange rate for the Philippine peso is displayed on the front door so you know the rate before you enter the office.

Please don’t ever trust this company. Don’t let this company touch your boxes to bring it to the Philippines or anywhere.. I sent my box early January of 2023 knowing they told me it would only take 45 days to be in the Philippines. I was hoping I was the one to open the boxes. I went back to Philippines after 18 years of not seeing my birth place. I was in the Philippines from March 12-april 4 of 2023 but the boxes did not make it when I was in the Philippines. They got delivered April 8 of 2023. So much for 45 days that they said. Anyway when my uncle received my boxes, the boxed were already open. The clothes the I folded were scattered everywhere.. They stole so many things. They stole MK watch, adidas shoes, bag of Hershey nuggets, 6 cans of spams, 1 box of Vienna sausage, 7 bath and body spray and 8 bath and body lotion. I tried calling and emailing the company. They didn’t do anything. They are terrible so please if you don’t want your stuff to be stolen then don’t used this company.. you’ll regret it 100 percent.

Its a one stop shop for sending funds and very convenient for shipping a boxed of goodies to your love ones overseas. I've tried both and each time, my transactions were all successful, no problems on the receiving end, which is nice. Their customer service is great, very attentive and efficient! Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs. I scheduled a pickup of my dryer a month in advance, told them the dimensions and weight. On the pickup day I take a day off from work, the driver gets here and says he cannot take it as it's too heavy for him. I offer to load and unload it for him at the office but he refused. Waste of my time. Use another company as Atlas is very disorganized and dishonest and will probably lose or steal your items.

They have the highest exchange rates around. I've done my research already so you don't have to. They also have the cheapest fee. Staff are very helpful and understanding. This is Mira Mesa branch BTW.

ICO has the same exchange rates most of the time but the fee is significantly higher if your sending more than 3K.

LBC in national city, i will never go back. The staff are rude and no too helpful. No caring attitude even after I've expressed my dilemma, they just shrugged their shoulders like saying not our problem anymore.

If you want caring people to help you this is the place to be......IF YOU WANTED ROBOT SERVICE AND IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE A NO CARING ATTITUDE GO TO LBC NATIONAL CITY.
