No over night parking
Only show up 1️⃣ hour before your appointment time ….once checked in dock open doors and put paperwork inside your trailer
Disconnect your red line turn your truck off and chock wheel….they will bring paperwork out to you once they are finished unloading you
And they have a clean restroom inside and snacks machines

Super easy. They gave us a door in less than 5 minutes and unloaded us in less than 10 minutes. Really clean, super professional, friendly staff. Love that place. I highly recommend it.

Plenty of space. The staff are really nice and personable. Disconnect your red airline and chock your wheels. Park and Check in by door #15, Vending machine and rest room inside. Good luck!

Bald guy with beard and tattoos on hands is racist and rude to white people. If you are any shade of brown, it’s smooth sailing. Fast check in and unloading. One truck at a time in the gate for check in. Tight yard for turn around. I had dock 36 and had to blind side with a spotter.

* Drive up to the gate and dial 001, speak to the shipping clerk.
* Check in by door #15
* Shipping Clerk removed my seal and placed my paperwork inside trailer, he then advised me to open doors, back into the assigned door and wait for dock worker to bring paperwork to the truck.

Bumped Dock: 1800
Paperwork in hand: 18:37

I arrived to this location 3 hours early at 1400 hours for a 1700 hours delivery and they where really nice and let me come on in and check in and I got a dock right away and started to get unloaded, they have nice bathrooms in the receiving office with a vending machine, parking around the facility is very limited, thank you Costco yall are really awesome and make me feel welcome thank you I will come back here again 🙂

I'm giving 5stars because there is a pilot about 3 miles away,no room for parking on the street (crowded),Service great,not open on weekends,just enough room for backing. Dock personnel will bring paperwork to you at completion.
