Those 2 old fellows were friendly and patient at the beginning, until I gave my company's account number to pay for the shipment. They refused to take it as the payment without a reason.
And they did not told me this at the beginning either. So I have to pay for the packing box with my own money to leave this store for another one.

Later I found out from the manger of another store that FedEx stores don't make any profit by serving people with companies account number, but they have to take the shipment as part of their contract with FedEx. I also confirmed this information with FedEx customer service later.

All these 2 persons can see is $$$$! Very bad experience.

Apparently the man who answered the phone with broken English said they closed at 545 when online says 6 and when I questioned this his answers changed to we closed between 545-6. Apparently this dude makes the rules and closes when he wants. Smh fed ex.
