After 45 minutes on the phone with the first realtor we called we felt nervous, anxious and worried.  How would we be able to coordinate selling our condo and buying a new home at the same time?  It all seemed so daunting and overwhelming.Quickly we realized we needed a second opinion.  After a phone call with Jason and Briana we felt safe, taken care of and we were even excited~!Jason and Briana took care of us every step of the way.  They made sure we understood the process and helped us get the condo ready to sell.  They took us to look at countless houses, even in the rain.  They gave us great advice on putting an offer down on a house in the PERFECT neighborhood. Once they accepted our offer Jason and Briana made sure we got the right inspections and made sure the house was worth what we were offering.  After move in we had one small issue that they helped us get a contractor over to help with right away.  They have the best team and if we ever decide to go on the wild ride of buying a house again, we will definitely be calling them.

Jason and Briana were the perfect real estate team to sell our La Verne house and purchase our new home in San Juan Capistrano.
Briana quickly staged our house and it sold in the first week of showing. She did a beautiful job and we were very happy with the results.
Jason gave use great advise and counsel on both our sale and purchase, saved us money, was easy to contact and responded quickly to our questions. His recommendations for services we needed, ie painting, movers, etc., were great.
Briana and Jason had a real willingness to jump in and help with us when needed.
We could not have done this without them and highly recommend their services to anyone who needs the same.
