I just recently ordered from Amazon two bar stools from this company. The ā€œsells fromā€ on Amazon said it was being sold and shipped from them but turned out to be this company as a third party seller. The stools came missing a vital part and the company said they don’t send parts that were missing and offered me a $15 credit which I flat out said was unacceptable. The stools cost me $100 so I got Amazon involved and they started a replacement order. Last minute the stools were shipped to Chicago and I live in florida. FedEx said the shipping was changed by this company. Amazon then could only offer me a refund. So I have one stool at the bar and the other in pieces on the floor. Digging through the reviews they have done this to multiple customers. Amazon should remove them from their list but instead they wouldn’t allow me to post my negative review on their site and sent me a bogus generic email as to why. See attached photo. I filed an attorney general and ftc complaint against the company. I advise you guys to do the same.

We ordered dining chairs through this third party vendor on Amazon. They arrived with a green tone fabric instead of beige, and wood appeared to be a white wash instead of the stain shown in their images and description. Return shipping cost is $225 with vendor refusing to cover cost. Amazon needs to cancel them as there are now several other customers leaving Amazon reviews with the exact same issue.

This company runs a scam on Amazon. Amazon has been made aware of the situation too. My mom ordered patio chairs from this company through Amazon. She accidentally ordered 2 sets of 8 chairs. She tried to cancel one of them. She even received a confirmation email stating the order was canceled but it in fact was not. The company ā€œapprovedā€ the return but said she was responsible for shipping costs. UPS said each box would cost $121 to ship. She never should have gotten them item since she received an email saying it was canceled. She WAS charged for each set of 8 chairs too, after cancellation confirmation.
This company needs to make it right, accept their mistake and pay for the shipping to return the chairs.

UPDATE:
After multiple attempts and a whole lot of back-and-forth, I was finally able to get this resolved—but only through Amazon, not the seller.

Yaheetech’s customer service claimed they’d send me a replacement, but they never gave me a tracking number, and it never showed up.

So I went back through Amazon, which eventually connected me to Yaheetech via their internal messaging system. That’s when they offered me a $30 reimbursement and told me to just keep the broken tent.

(Insert sarcasm: ā€œWow, thank you so much for the generous 18.75% refund and the unusable product. You really shouldn’t have!ā€)

I made it clear that was unacceptable, considering I spent $160 on something I couldn’t even use. After pushing for a real solution, they finally sent me a return label and shipped out a replacement.

While I said I’d update my review if the issue was resolved, the fact that it took this much effort to fix such a simple problem speaks volumes. So despite the resolution, this stays at one star.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered a 10’ x 10’ canopy tent from this company on Amazon, but unfortunately, the item arrived damaged. One of the legs won’t stay locked in place and keeps collapsing, making the tent unusable. I submitted a return request and was instructed to bring it to UPS, only to find out the return shipping cost was almost $200—more than the price of the tent itself.

The return policy states that if shipping exceeds $30, I should contact the seller for assistance. I’ve been trying to do just that for almost two weeks, but I haven’t received any helpful response. Each time I call, I’m told a supervisor will reach out to me, but no one ever follows through.

As a small business owner who relies on a tent for weekend markets, this has been extremely frustrating. I’m now out $160 and stuck with a damaged product I can’t use.

I’m more than willing to update this review if someone from the company reaches out and resolves the issue.

I’m thrilled with my new accent chair! It perfectly blends modern elegance with comfort, making it a standout piece in my living room. The fabric is soft yet durable, and the cushioning is just right for relaxing. It ties the room together beautifully, and I've already received many compliments. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service they are not willing to help you out. I paid $170 for a bed frame that I’m unhappy with, for me to return it I would have to pay $209.88 to ship it back. I called and spoke to someone and asked them if they can help with this because I’m not happy. ā€œI’m sorry but I can’t do anything to help youā€ was my response that I was given. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. She told me if I didn’t want it to just sale it on marketplace. What a joke.

Sent me a damaged christmas tree! 21 days and MANY EMAILS AND CALL ATTEMPTS later, the return and a refund still has NOT been completed. This is the worst company to EVER deal with. They dont even answer their phone and take days to respond to messages, and when they do, there is no resolution. Meanwhile I am out over $500! Do not order from them! (And I ordered through Amazon which is supposed to mean that returns are easier)

I ordered one of their chairs via Walmart.com.. The chair arrived to us with NO LEGS. Walmart told us that to get a refund we need to connect the seller directly..
When I tried sending them a message, it said they we're having technical issues.. I then called them 4 separate times.. 2 of them i left voice mails, 1 of them I listened to the phone ring for 15 minutes beforei finallyhung up, and 1 of them someone answered the phone & automatically hung up on me..
After doing more research online, I found out that my chair is no longer in production.. So even if I'm able to get ahold of someone from the company, I probably won't get my money back anyways.. That's almost $200 down the drain.
