The Management made it clear that after the 30 day warranty expired all maintenance was on us. This is nothing like renting residential where management and the owners are responsible for everything. I don’t know if other commercial places are like this but at least they were upfront. Their lease is a lot so be ready for a long read and to find that the owner and management are responsible for almost nothing.

I had good experience renting a warehouse in San Dimas for many years. The location was safe and well kept. The property manager was helpful and responsive, making the move-in and move-out easy. The maintenance crew was also quick to fix issues that came up. Overall, it was a pretty hassle-free experience.

Very unprofessional and greedy company to work with. Terrible property manager and you wouldn't want to deal with him at all cost. I would consider another property just to avoid interactions with him. Be warned!

Ivan and Melody were upfront that tenant handles majority of maintenance and that the unit needs to look the same at move out as it did at move in. So pretty standard stuff.

It would be best for you, and your small business plus your family it supports, to stay clear of any and all commercial properties that this callous company owns and/or manages as they only and solely seem to concern themselves with attaining their much coveted $$$ and rent collections whilst leaving much to be desired with regards to actual needed attention being administered to your issues once you move it. Just don't do it!
