I have Samsung z flip 5. The main screen stopped working after a year, there is no physical damage I have used this phone very carefully but stopped the screen by itself. No help from Samsung due to warranty expired. I am saying don’t buy any floor fold phones. Those faulty phones. I am not recommending. For the same price you will get iPhone pro max.

Very busy place with a lots of security measures (πŸ€ͺ) but after all didn't take much to get loaded and on the road .People are professional and nice. There is no parking or staging area so don't show up too early.

Everyone is friendly and they load pretty fast. Beware if you are in a team truck that both drivers have to go to the office. Doesn't matter if one is sleeping, gotta wake up and go inside. Makes no sense and they obviously have no idea or any consideration for how hours of service work.

Very rude people at window. Awkward way of checking in. They wanted me to walk barefoot across the metal detector πŸ˜‚ obviously i said no. But still got loaded. These people need to remember, us truck drivers are not panhandlers. We need to put these people on check.

Purchased a brand new G9 Neo monitor directly from samsung and it arrived broken. Contacted samsung only to have them give me the option of sending back and waiting for refund to re order. They have had the monitor for 6 days and still no refund and now monitor is out of stock and not available to purchase. When I first informed them of the damage they advised me to re pay to have a new one sent instead of sending me one to replace the broken item. Horrible customer service outsourced to India or some other country no in North America.

I received my Samsung French door refrigerator from this Samsung location and The cooling system was not working. Apparently I received a LEMON per Samsung repair technician. 3 visits later repair guys finally said it would be replaced. Samsung return/ refund process is slower than dial-up internet and took 2 weeks for paper work to process one week to get the refrigerator sent to shipping company and two weeks for shipping company to schedule delivery. After waiting for over a month I received my replacement today all that joy and excitement only to find out that the replacement unit was heavily dented on the side and long deep scratches under the foam in the front. Now back to playing the waiting game... I am so disappointed with Samsung that I don’t want to purchase another Samsung product ever again. Please be cautious when buying Samsung products.

This is the first warehouse that I know loads fast. The people in the office is the reason why it took sooooo long. Running there mouths about absolutely nothing.
