First and foremost University Movers are TOP NOTCH!! They moved my lab from Mobile to Birmingham and did a spectacular job all the way around. What really to me was going to be a “nerve wracking” experience, ended up being such a positive move for me and my laboratories. They paid very close attention to detail with all of my instruments from start to finish. From calling and scheduling the move to the very end of placement, they made sure we were completely satisfied. I know that there is no job too big or too diligent for them to handle. Definitely were a blessing in disguise at the last minute that I needed them. Tyler called me back as soon as he could and we were able to set up a move for the next day. They came early and moved everything that I needed gone out within 45 mins. They moved everything with care. Got everything into the storage unit quickly. Such great people! Great team of young men. Second time using their service. Highly recommend as they are very professional from being on time to taking care of items in the move. Surprisingly, offered an additional service which required a handyman type of job. Excellent work. My go to company from now on!

Wish I could give zero stars. Terrible communication on the day of the move, just for them to not be able to show up. I had to reschedule our move and take time off of work. Something that should have taken 1/2 a day took all day. Now our tv is broken, and no one wants to contact us. Will gladly tell all of our friends who to avoid.
