It is my first time trying this place out! And i have to say i really love the atmosphere here. It kinda reminds me of Jersey Shore. You're greeted right away. And the owner was so sweet to bless me with a free soda! This place is very spacious with plenty of seats around. You can even have a party there and it would fit everybody. They have a small arcade section that you can play while you wait for your pizza. Now their pizza is DELICIOUS! The dough is the perfect size. Not too thick, not too thin. The crust has a crunch to it. I love to put butter on mine. I would definitely recommend this place for all ages!

I only went by to pick up the pizza but the place was very lively, with some people indoors and a lot of people outdoors. The waiters and waitresses were scurrying back and forth bringing people, garlic bread, more drinks, and pizzas. There were many people picking up sub sandwiches and pizzas. They only take cash, which is unusua,l but they posted that fact everywhere and there's an ATM so it shouldn't be a problem. The decor is fun, I posted a few pics of it, and there are old video games for the kids and teens to play while the parentals are hanging out. When I got home, my wife and I liked the spiciness of the sauce and the flavor of the crust. Legit.

Favorite pizza place in existence. They only take cash but they have an atm. I’m sad I didn’t meet my boyfriend sooner because I could have eaten here sooner. Best pizza ever and I love their garlic sticks as well and The staff are always so sweet.

Go here if you haven’t. Just absolutely delicious

I was born in La Verne, and this was the very first pizzeria I ever visited. Decades later, I still come back often. The breadsticks and ranch have stayed exactly the same—and they are absolutely to die for. Seriously, don’t ever change your ranch or breadsticks! The dĆ©cor, with the race car and the dog on the shelf, brings back some of my earliest memories. This place holds such a special spot in my heart. I’m so happy it’s still here—please stay forever!

Being the Pizza snob that I am if I say this Pizza is my comfort food grub... then take it as the A+ stamp approval and that Antipasto Salad with the Ranch & Italian mixed together IS.THE.BIZNESS!!

The Bostonian in me likes the crust to be a certain texture and density... and the tomato sauce, cheese a little grease neva hurt nobody. The pepperoni was delicious and the mushroom were sliced on the thicker size but overall it was a most delicious pie. I wouldn't get the mushrooms again but stick with the Pepperoni or the Sausage, both of these are instant crowd pleasers.

Parking is in the rear as the street itself has been changed into outdoor seating for the restaurants along D street. As others have mentioned before they do take credit cards. Cash only. I KNOW I will be returning.

Respectfully Reviewed.

So that was a random pick today thanks to our friend who recommended the family owned business in la Verne downtown, the staff is friendly and super nice, the place is spacious, vintage games arena style and bar, the games are cool like Pac-Man and stuff like that, the indoors area is nice but we enjoyed the outdoors area more, I ordered pepperoni mushroom small pizza and it was delicious with so much cheese on top, the fountain drinks are nice, they only accept cash but there is an ATM machine with 0.99 charge, not bad at all, the whole experience is good and we would go there again

This place was really great! We were celebrating a graduation in the family and the food was excellent here at Pizza warehouse! We have plenty of leftovers too and I can warm up this delicious pizza now for tomorrow! The pizza was so good if your sick of eating cardboard with melted cheese on top. The outdoor seating was really pleasant and the weather was perfect. There is some arcade games too! So the kids will be definitely entertained while waiting for some delicious pizza. I’ll be returning to this amazing restaurant when I’m in town again.

Currently there’s only one restroom available at the restaurant and it was a little bit of a hassle to wait so that I could wash my hands before eating. Hopefully they get the other restroom up and running soon.

Also! It’s cash only! Which really is an inconvenience. They should really make and effort to change that.

Growing up in La Verne, Wearhouse Pizza has always been my gold standard for what a great pizza place should be. Decades later, I’m happy to say the flavors haven’t changed a bit. They’ve stayed true to their ā€œif it’s not broken, don’t fix itā€ philosophy—and in terms of taste, that absolutely works.

That said, there are a few areas where I think some updates wouldn’t hurt. The interior feels pretty outdated, and the fact that they’re still cash-only can be a bit inconvenient, especially for folks who aren’t locals or first-timers.

One small but noticeable detail: our salads came on the usual hard plastic plates, but when the pizza arrived, they only offered flimsy paper plates. I’m not sure when that switch happened or if it was just an off day, but when you’re spending $120 for a party of six, basic plastic plates don’t seem like too much to ask. Maybe I’m being picky—but hey, I’d like to enjoy my favorite pizza without worrying about my plate folding in half.

All in all, Wearhouse still hits the mark where it counts: flavor and nostalgia. I’ll always have love for this place, and I’ll definitely be back—but a few modern touches wouldn’t hurt.
