Actually wouldn't even give them one star if there was choice. Not an authorized retailer of FedEx like it shows, worker(probably mgr)did not just print a label for me to ship out..
Not the only person that FEELS service was poor and worker is rude, what does that tell you?

I asked if they do Fedex drop off scans (prepaid label) because they are an (fedex authorized ship center). I wasn't sure if they did so I made sure to ask ahead of time. Response from the owner was "Yes". However, once I got there, they told me they don't. So waste of time and gas. Inaccurate information given. Wouldn't be annoyed if they just told me upfront they don't. Walgreens pharmacy can. I won't be returning here.

Their automated response to this is pretty bad. No QR codes involved, already printed and paid label and on the box.

People need to be aware that fedex insurance doesn't kick in until it's officially scanned into the fedex system.

They can not do drop off scans of prepaid labels and the receipt they give you is meaningless.

Drop off your package at Walgreens On Site or Fedex Office Store to make sure tracking reflects that Fedex is in actual possession of the item.

The owner and his wife did a wonderful amazing job to secure and pack memorabilia Treasures from my mother's Legacy before shipping UPS. I can't sing the Praises enough on what a wonderful job they did. Everything arrived safely. Thank you so much for Quality caring work that you do.

I only come here if I'm forced to like the guy owner is very rude but his wife is very nice but she's never there hardly. I even called him out on blatant favorable treatment last week but of course he did not try to apologize but had many excuses and explanations

Great service! I had a lot of boxes to send via FEDEX and when I told the gentleman behind the counter that I had a lot of boxes he had me to drive around to the back of the building and he opened the door. Essentially I backed right up to door. I was real appreciative of this.
