Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. Do not give your money to this business. The owner was extremely rude and dismissive. This place is listed as FedEx drop off location and I needed to return ans item from Wayfair. I came in an hour before closing and told the owner I need to ship via FedEx. He right away told me that FedEx already picked up for the day. I said that was okay. He seemed disappointed that I still wanted to ship. I told him the box was long and without looking at the box he told me he didn't have room for it and I needed to ship it from somewhere else. I asked him to please look at the box before he automatically said no. He begrudgingly got up from his chair and looked at the box. He reluctantly decided to take it but told me I had to carry it to his back office. This owner did everything in his power to make me not want to drop off this box. This business should be removed as an authorized FedEx drop off. Horrible experience!

I brought a package to them to ship. Not only did they charge me $2 to print my shipping label (cash only as the owner demanded) but when i asked if i could add some extra tape to my box the owner said no, when i told him it was filled many small heavy items that I didn't want to fall out he told me to literally "Take your package somewhere else then I taped it just fine." I asked why he would tell me to get out of his store for simply asking for some additional tape and he wouldn't even answer me just said take it somewhere else. Incredibly rude I'm still confused as to why the owner was so rude to me. Take your business to Postal Annex at least they know how to treat a customer who is trying to bring them business.

Don't let them swipe your debit/credit card! There set up is cheasy as hell. It's not a regular card reader. Just a little device that the lady kept swiping my card through multiple ways . Looks like the ones that steal your credit card info connected to the computer directly with a cable. No machine, nowhere to insert the card. It looks really old and all of a sudden you're telling me she doesn't know how to swipe a debit card? I should have seen the red flags. she asked me if my address and zip was up-to-date on my license. She got all my info. Unfortunately the next day my card was being used. . So yes a copy was made. I have a chip on my card so I guess the only way they were able to buy things was online. Lucky for me I have an app which notifies me immediately of charges so they were only able to use it two times in 1 minute before I shut it down.

This guy doesn't seem to like his job. As a DHL partner I'm not surprised. I had to wait for him to boot up his equipment for a simple package pick-up. While this was going on, another customer came in after me and got zero acknowledgement from him.

We dropped a package off here that was a bad cell phone going to Verizon. It was a replacement for a new phone sent to us. The package was never scanned as being picked up from this shop. The shop has no record of receiving it because they said they do not log a package into the shop with a pre-paid label. If the packaged is not found and delivered we will be charged 300.00 for the new phone. The shop says they do not have the package. The tracking number shows it was never picked up. Go to a real Fed-ex store.

I’ve been going here for 15 years and AJ and his wife have always had the answers to all my questions and shipping needs . I rarely do reviews but i had to stop and appreciate all they have done for my company . AJ even helped out my son with his tax returns! A one stop shop ; right here in our La Verne Community. . Thank You

Go to real shipping place, not here! These guys have no clue how to ship international packages (Fedex or DHL). Clerk picked a price from the air and then quoted me that price. She did not know what a commercial invoice was. Risky!

I love this place. Really nice staff and owner. I used their moving equipment to move some furniture and everything was processed perfectly. I am looking forward to using them for my business post box and shipping needs. 🙂
