One of their delivery drivers rear ended me. The driver was respectful and provided the information needed. So no problems with him. Accidents happen. But when I started dealing with management, they didn’t want to go through insurance and made me get multiple quote for the repair (which was significant by the way). After a couple of days they ceased returning my calls. I ended up filing a claim with insurance just to get my truck repaired since I was getting no where with management. So much for trying to be a nice guy. But I give one start for the driver. At least he was honest and respectful!

It’s unfortunate the management (Nicole and Nicky) are in positions to represent a company like amazon.

IF YOURE A PERSON THAT DOESNT LIKE TO WORK FOR FREE APPLY SOMEWHERE ELSE! Amazon withheld my money for over a month as I was trying to get ahold of the office they would ignore my calls and messages until I had to show up and demand that I be paid. This company is very unprofessional and lack communication with their employees and amongst themselves. If you would like to say a headache apply literally anywhere else.

My packages are always delivered fast and in a safe place, to avoid the porch pirates. I had to call and ask about changing a delivery and their manager, Nadia, was on it. She even called to follow up!! 5 thumbs up!
