I just had to share that this year we purchased the best Christmas tree ever at Mountain Feed. 4 weeks later and it’s hardly dropped any needles, absolutely beautiful. And it is an amazing shop, makes for a great experience, driving up from Santa Cruz, having hot cider while shopping for the tree and unique Christmas gifts. Will continue to be our family tradition!

This place is an absolute gem!! All the plants your heart desires are here. Darling home and garden decor, candles, canning/gardening supplies, cute kids toys, and a whole section for dog treats! I could spend hours here! Staff is so helpful and kind. They close at 5pm! Parking along sides of building. A-MUST-SEE!!!

This is a wonderful place. I've lived in this area since 1964 and I've driven by this place literally hundreds of times and never stopped in for some reason. So today when I was taking my mom on the drive up the valley she saw the spot and said I'd like to see it. So we went around the block and came back and proceeded to have the greatest time. We spent over an hour and a half in this place looking around at all the beautiful things that they have to offer. I had no idea this place even existed. And it looks so small from the front but it is so big when you get in there. There are several different buildings that have different things to shop for. If you live anywhere in this area you'd be doing yourself a favor by checking it out there's a coffee shop across the street get yourself a cup of coffee and wander on in because these people are friendly and they welcome that. One of the workers told me that people come just to hang out sometimes. Well I can see why, it's a really mellow cool place I don't know what else to say they have cat and dog toys up the kazoo. They have multiple types of plants, flowers, trees, cactus, it's unbelievable that they fit so much stuff under the roof. Plus whoever decorated the place has done a wonderful job there a little hidden things everywhere there's an entire tractor behind a bunch of saplings this place is so cool I could just keep going on and on I put a bunch of pictures up hopefully I didn't double them up too badly! 2020 and still going!!!!!!!

We have bought stove pellets from you for 10 yrs and we're very happy with the brand Golden Fire. When we got pellets on Sat you no longer carried Golden Fire, but a much cheaper brand for the same price of 9.99. I was very sad to see that you did not lower your price.

The staff at Mountain Feed are very knowledgeable and can give you ideas about the best plants for your specific location. Today I went in for something bee-friendly, and they had many suggestions. I'd also recommend their newsletter which is filled with recipes, class announcements, and tons of good information. Highly recommended!

A cute surprise so close to the contrast of the busy bay area. Attention to detail in every nook and cranny of this small but complete nursery and feed supply shop. What a gem.
