I paid for a background check here. I'm a mother and I was so happy to go on a field trip with my daughter's school. When the school told me that they could not find me at all in the background check with my receipt, they called the department of Justice to verify and my background check never got processed.

I went back and asked to correct the issue. He said I needed to do another background check AND pay again. I asked for my money back and he told me to leave his store. I told him he was a criminal for taking my money and not delivering the service.

I went for as walk-in for a background check. I was in and out in 5 mins. The lady at the counter was quick and efficient.

I'm also happy that their payment tech is up to date with touch pay.

went in with postcards. Told the woman they're for Europe, then I said Switzerland to be precise. She said it's 2.30 which is a lot more than the usps asks for. So I said no, I don't want them then and go to usps. She said I had to now, since she had printed it, as long as Idk the price I shouldn't be obliged to pay it.
Anyway, it turns out she put SWAZILAND!

So, in other words, don't use this store, incompetent people work here

Talked to a employee on the phone about specific pricing of services. He didn't know the pricing until what he says that I have to come into the store in person. How do you NOT know what your store offers in that perspective? Also before I could continue to ask question he cut me right off and said "I'm very busy right now, talk to you later. Goodbye." And hung up on me. Very rude and very bad customer service and I haven't even set foot into this place.
