We are very happy with TownCentre Self Storage. The storage areas, both inside and out, are always clean. We say no indication of rodents or bugs. The office staff is efficient and easy to work with. Although we no longer have a need for a storage unit, we would go back to TownCentre if needed.

Very nice property, plenty of space even if you got yourself a bigger truck. The lift was extremely useful, especially for my bigger things like some Lazy-Boys, dressers, a bed frame, my bikes. The staff was also very helpful and professional in answering all my questions prior to renting a unit. The two gals Stephanie and Jasmine are both very knowledgeable and personable when I visit the property, they definitely make me feel comfortable and welcome whenever I have to stop by! I'm not sure who's doing the hiring over there, but keep it up! The price for the units are very reasonable and affordable, which is what drew me in to the facility in the first place. The customer service is on point and I've already recommended this storage facility to some of my family and friends, as I'd recommend this facility in a heartbeat, which says a lot considering I've had storage units for over the past 8+ years.

This facility used to be one of my clients so I knew when it came to needing storage I knew exactly where I could go because I was familiar with the property. I am very, very happy with the service I received through TownCenter Self Storage in Brentwood, first when I called to inquire about a storage unit suitable for me at TownCenter Self Storage. Again, I was unexpectly surprised about the hospitable customer service that the manager and her assistant provided me to accommodate my needs for a storage unit.

The day before I scheduled my appointment with the manager, we were discussing storage rental unit options for my (ADA) special needs for renting a storage place. The next day when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised about how TownCenter Self Storage manager earnestly listened to me about my needs. She was already prepared to show me units for accommodating my (ADA) special needs for renting a storage place. No time was wasted. Surprisingly, I got the best storage unit for my needs without looking at other storage units because the manager focused on my special needs. Also, I was able to complete my application expeditiously before my ride return to pick me up.

During my appointment, there were no pressure tactics, or any other sales schemes which I cautiously prepare for. The TownCentre Self Storage manager and her assistant are PROFESSIONAL and ready to SERVE customers to find the best storage units for them and to explain all conditions of their contract so they will know it.

I highly recommend TownCentre Self Storage in Brentwood.
