Was robbed twice while storing my items in their storage. They have no cameras, no security. I do NOT recommend this hell hole

I reserved the unit in a few easy steps online. The next day I went into the office. Matt was very friendly and helpful and I was able to move my items in right away. I’m very happy with how fast everything happened and appreciate the great customer service.

Do not use this facility to store your furniture!! It has rodents. Will ruin your furniture not to mention we had water damage from leaks in the roof and side of building having holes letting water in. ((I used this storage to store everything in our home while in the process of buying since it was the closes to our home then, it was hot weather we mostly moved stuff in the late afternoon I didn’t notice the bad condition))We had insurance for the time there we had 2units IT DIDNT COVER ANYTHING!! Our mattresses were new as shown in pic it’s really bad we ended up getting rid of them. HONESTLY Better off paying for the life storage/indoor storage… will never make this mistake again. On a weird note little Debbie uses this place as storage idk if I would trust eating their products..1. those units get super hot and 2. Rodents .

Really bad experience with CubeSmart. Only stored items there for a few months and when I retrieved them, there were numerous bags that were soaked and full of mold. Many of my daughter’s valuable items and keepsakes had to be thrown away. She was devastated. Only use this facility if you are okay with storing in a cube that is prone to allowing water inside, which can lead to significant mold damage.

Update: NO SECURITY !!! The security here is non-existent. My unit got robbed and they took everything of value and destroyed the rest. The owners do not care and have not fixed the broken video cameras or fences. They cut the lock right off the door. I will never use a Cubesmart Storage EVER AGAIN!

The staff here are helpful and nice. Also, the facility is conveniently located right by the freeway.

Unit broke into multiple times. Manager on site said all he can do is keep fixing the fence and just check for cut locks every day., upper management will not fix the cameras!
