I had an exceptional experience with Ace Hardware repair company, particularly with Aaron. He arrived promptly, assessed our needs, and efficiently addressed everything. Aaron was very friendly and patient as I explained what I needed. Additionally, he provided an estimate for another project and informed me about other companies they recommend for specific jobs. Jessica also deserves recognition for her friendliness and helpfulness. Overall, I can't say enough positive things about their team and services. You will be pleased, too!

Here's the thing.
I have been an Ace rewards member for 20+years. I'm a gold member. Ace showed it's appreciation by taking benefits away. Where I used to be able to use my coupons for anything for any amount. I now have to spend $30 to use a 5$ coupon. What's the kicker is someone that may have never spent $1 here gets a coupon in the mail for $5 and only has to spend $23. That's your idea of showing appreciation to your long standing customers that have spent thousands in your stores. You people either need to step out of the box, because you got that basawkwrds. Or pull your heads down and out of your a__es.

Lots of staff always available to help you with what ever project you are working on. I get overwhelmed when I walk into the store as there is so much stuff. Usually wishing a minute someone will approach and ask if they can assist me in fining anything. Super friendly and helpful.

I always come here for their fox farm ocean blend soil. If you don't see any on the shelf they keep it stalked in the back. Only recommendation I have for them is keep that soil out of the heat and sun. It even says that on the bag. A little more pricy than amazon but it's there when you need it. I also bought a bird of paradise with planter. I put wire around it to keep my cats out!

Ace is my go to when I need things for the house. I bought Led bulbs and a few plants the last time I came. The store is very clean and the employees are always friendly.

Visit the Store especially looking to buy the “LEVITON grounded plug-in switch”, purchased 2 in the past from ACE, today, got the very last one from store, store was nice clean, workers all professional, knowledge & awesome friendly.

But disappointed about the new switch I bought today, it has no UL Listed sign (two I had at home both has sign of UL listed.

I’m sure it’ll still be safe to use but I would just pay much less fee & ordering from Amazon with ETL Listed.

Had the special light I needed for the front door outside light, the only place that had it without havind to order 10 of them from home depot or lowe's . A great place to shop, very helpful people, and you can find somebody when you need them. I live in stockton, and you need an outdoor light.Keep the hoodlums away. Also, you can get a frozen Pie to bake.Some of the best pies are in the ace hardware stores. You know, I think I actually go there for the pies.
