Mark was able to resolve an issue with our AC very quickly. He explained the situation clearly and handled it in a matter of minutes. CA Heating and Cooling was also speedy with their response and scheduled a same day appointment, which was much needed on a hot day.

Very respectful super nice and got things done quick! I love that he explained what he was doing and why a tune up helps. I like to ask questions and some people are rude and don’t want to talk so I loved that he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and didn’t mind to explain everything!

I was told by another company that my air conditioner was dead… Mario came out and was able to fix it. My house is cold once again… I appreciate a company that can do what they say they can do. I would recommend them to anybody and my air conditioner is old old old. 🤣‼️

Setting up an appointment was easy over the phone. I was provided with all the info to ensure I would not be surprised for the cost of the AC diagnostic fee and that it would be applied to the repair cost if I decided to proceed. The technician was friendly and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue fast and accurately. After we agreed on the repair cost, he fix the problem quickly with parts he already had in his truck so no second visit was needed. Thank you Mario.

Easy to schedule. Technician arrived early in the window. Assessed and installed a new thermostat. Everything was good until the thermostat reading was off - immediately read the temp as 66 degrees, then 67, then 68 within less than 30 seconds, and the heater hadn’t yet come on. All other thermometers in the house read 64-65 degrees.

The technician dismissed my concern the thermostat was not working correctly. He could not logically explain the discrepancy (or jump in temperature) and tried to tell me the external thermometers were all inaccurate. He didn’t have his own thermometer to read the temp.

He was argumentative and insulting, tried to suggest I didn’t understand because of my profession. He then told me he was very busy, as if I were keeping him from his job.

The technitian was polite and very helpful. He arrived looked at the HVAC got a part from the truck and fixed it in just a few minutes, He even changed my filter for me.

It took the other company that came to check my AC 3 times to try to “fix” the issue. It took CHC 20 minutes to know what’s wrong and my AC is good as new. THANK YOU FOR SAVING MY SUMMER!
