If I could give 0 stars I would!! Where to start. From the beginning the rep was pushy, and used underhanded sales tactics. He pushed the wife to signed the husband's name on the contract, telling her her husband had already looked it over and just to "get it started." The CA solar disclosure required by law was not in or at the front of the contract. They hire cut rate crews to do all their installs. They did damage to the new roof when installing, broke a vent pipe in the attic when installing, the "electrician" took everything from the panel, put it all back in with the panel unable to close, with half the property (including the well house) without power for a full weekend in 100+* heat without telling anyone. No one could be reached during the weekend to get emergency power restored. It has been 6+ months and they still haven't come out to restore power!!
They never provided plans before installing (they then installed the heavy batteries on an unpermitted wall as a result)
It has been 9 months since the " install" started, and no work has been done to fix anything, finish hooking up the system, or comply with county permits since. This company is shady and will take your money and run leaving you with debt and a PGE bill still. Watch for leaky roof from all the damage!!

This is a predatory solar company! Stay away. These folks have proven themselves to be nothing but liars and conartists. I had a salesman co.e to my door almost 1 year ago and offer to eliminate my True Up bill by adding more solar onto my house at no cost to me. He constantly.claimed this was a federal program that was designed "not to cost me money." He came on the hottest month of the year and tried to sign me into a contract that would make my bill recurring FOR THE NEXT 25 YEARS, AT THE MOST EXPENSIVE RATE OF THE YEAR $250 kFor the month) WITH A GUARANTEED %3.5 YEARLY INCREASE . My bill is usually $100 a month. The worst part is they also are unable to do the work. To this date they have been unable to get the job approved by the city and have attempted to change the contract 4 times to match the costs for what they need to do. Recently they tried to change my contract over the phone with recording and that is when I discovered how they were playing with the rates. What they did was immediately start putting part of a system on my house, in 2 months increments until they got to the part that they never mentioned l, they would need to cut into my hiuse to reroute my circuit breakers. We never discussed this. As it stands right now I got a call every morning th or so with someone who immediately tries to get me to confirm the next step of a project I did not agree to structurally and could never accept financially. All this company does is try to slick talk yiu into folding all your costs I to a higher monthly rate than your average monthly bill would be but trick you by using you hottest monthly bill as if that is your bill every month fo the year. They have a bunch of salwfolks there that will try to talk you into cricles but the fact is they just want to sink their teeth into you and then make you fight to get them off your property without paying them to go! I would.stay far awayyyyyyyyyy learn from me! I now have to dispute with contractor state licensing board to try to get v3 to go away without costing me anything, you dont what their solar, they are insanely terrible project managers, they lie, they will try to deceptively ge tyou to take actions against your best interest,and nothing about what they can do financially will actually cut your costs.

Absolutely misleading. These people are modern day snake oil salesman, got sold on a solar lease with the promise of decreased energy bills, told my bill with pg&e would be little to none... here I am a year later and my PG&E bill has doubled and I'm stuck paying V3 as well. Pure evil... praying on anyone they can get their claws in.

Misleading company, the idea to get solar to have your house 100% independent on it, but I ended up to pay two bills.
It took this company one year to finish the project and at the end they just walked away with no one answering my complaint.
If you choose this company for insulation there’s another two or three companies sitting and hiding so they can collect money from you.
My recommendation is to stay away from them or otherwise your fingers will get burned.
My last call to the management of this company you know who I am and been very passionate with till now but not anymore, I will make sure people stay from you for good.

Hi I have been reaching out to my local branch in Sacramento and they haven't got back to me in months. I had my ac go out and I believe the gentleman who installed a much higher voltage on my breaker box was the cause of my ac being blown out. I have had a horrible experience with v3 since the start . The sales person Landen lied to me and my husband about covering electric costs due to v3 delay and negligence and when asked about it said there is nothing he can do. A straight lie to me and my husband. Then they mess up my home due to them taking short cuts and not wanting to take the extra step to make my home look they way it did before solar. Then when I called for my ac being blown out and finding out they put a higher voltage in my breaker . When asked what they can do for me they never returned my call i went all summer with no ac waiting on a call back. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

They lie about contracts. Nobody returns calls or messages. We've been waiting 5 months for permits they claim takes 2 weeks with the city. They've submitted permits 4 times for a simple battery upgrade to an existing system. Nothing could be simpler. But they apparently can't do paperwork. Go anywhere else.

OMG so many bought reviews for an app. What a joke they aren't even smart enough to buy relevant reviews.
Stay away from this company. Incompetent technicians, absent management and horrible customer service. There are other options for solar and if you get stuck with these clowns as an installation service immediately contact your vendor and tell them you want someone else. If you let them work on your home the nightmare will never end.

Lied to just to make a sale ,cheaper to have stayed with pge alone,,,liars and thieves
