I am fairly new to the area and Cynthia made me feel right at home. Moving can be very stressful especially when you're traveling all the way from Kentucky. Cynthia helped me feel right at home. Helped me get settled in. She was very approachable super friendly and helped answer any questions I had. She seemed really happy to help and even told me a little bit about the city along with some good places to eat. It's little things like this that go a long way.

As soon as I walked in, Jennifer was quick to help me. I was in a hurry and needed a truck as soon as I could get one. She didn’t have anything on hand, but was more than happy to check all areas close by, to see if she could find anything. She also called someone who was going to be turning their truck in soon, to check their arrival and see if it would work with my timing. There were NO rentals available and I thought I was out of luck, but the rental she checked with got in right when we asked and it worked out perfect. She brought up my profile and info immediately and was more than helpful and happy to get me taken care of. It was a quick and painless process and she was great! Thank you Jennifer!

I cannot say enough good things about this storage facility. It’s neat and clean and organized. The manager Cintia always has a smile on her face and bends over backwards to help you and/or explain anything with patience: she’s amazing. There are cameras everywhere and she has an eye on everything! If you need storage, a U-Haul truck rental, RV storage, etc give her a call!

Perfect value, great management! We really have good feelings about this storage location in Roseville for our 5th wheel camper. Clean, nice rigs and plenty of room to maneuver around the facility including space to back into your storage spot if you do not have a pull-thru!

Let me start off by saying my Rose Couldn’t have been a better one. Both the girls that work there are just amazing. They’re so friendly and kind. They go above and beyond to provide you with excellent customer service. It’s nice to know that there are places around that actually do provide good.
