So far, so good. Located in a decommissioned military building. Walk in. Less expensive than most.

Closed even for ACCESS on Monday's, which is very inconvenient!

Gets VERY HOT inside, not climate controlled in any way.

I've had a few too many storages in my lifetime and this is by far the best. Janet has been so helpful with guilding me to get the right size storage to opening the door when I'm out of breath pushing up the cart and giving me plenty of notice as to how much time I have left before closing. She has offered me water on a few occasions when it was way too hot outside and always has a smile on her face. I've suggested this place to a few of my friends and anyone who tells me they're looking for a storage unit. I just wished they stayed open until 7:00 every night.

I was fully intending on leaving a 4 or 5 star review because even though I had some problems with this place, like the hours changing on a whim, the staff was always friendly. However I just moved out and found roaches in my stuff. I thought I had located them all but now I am finding other roaches around my house. So now I have to deal with that

There too much ! They were charging me 236 a month but a new customer coulld have same unit for 159 with half off for 3 months , and dont be late ! Cause after 35 day they cut your lock off and put theres on ! And on the two months rent of 200 dollars they tacked on 190 in charges plus i had to buy new locks ! That s pretty extreme in my opinion, they even charged me a lein paperwork fee twice for same lein ! I suggest you seek another place and find a place you can drive up to ur unit ! There should be legislation limiting excessive charges they get away with

Wonderful customer service. Nicole was very helpful, detailed, specific and honest.
Also, the storage unit looks brand-spanking new, there are light sensor motion detector, cameras and security after close hours.
A safe place to keep your stuff and have peace of mind!

I love this storage place. I been a customer since they opened. Very friendly staff, always clean and mever have any problems here. The only downside to it, is the hours and now they are closed on mondays too. This sucks, but for the price and the cleanliness, im ok with it. Just gotta know if you need something out of there, get over there on Sunday cuz it will be closed on Monday.

I can’t say enough nice things about this storelocal!!! Nicole has been a lifesaver, she is so professional, knowledgeable, kind, prompt! The site will speak for itself when you see how clean it is. And trust me they definitely do daily lock checks because I ended up locking my unit exactly OPPOSITE of how Nicole showed me to lock it, which meant it wasn’t locked and they called me to let me know. I wouldn’t ever store anywhere else but here! I’m so thankful that I found this storage facility, I know my property is in the best hands here! You won’t find any other place with these incredible prices for such a clean, secure, friendly staffed storage facility!
