This has become a joke, from the owner too his staff. And I'm sure that the other facilities that this company manages don't operate in this fashion. Cube Smart, Extra Space, and Public Storage, Those facilities have maximum access open on Holidays cause some people plan on those days to move in and out. The office is closed but their renters have access. At the Facility on Roseville road, these people have to be Democrats and run this facility like Prison and if they can limit us to our property, meaning more money out our pockets and in the same limit our access. It's like kids playing how to run a business playing with daddies money and go as the wind blows. They lie and tell you about insurance that we have to pay, that is just for if something catches fire or any damage to the unit itself, most people don't have insurance for the things in our unit cause we don't think it's worth it. And if one has something of a value you wouldn't put it in a facility like this one. I've seen people come in break into a unit while the staff is sitting in that office. And this is some of the excuses they have for the change in access. Someone can come in at 6 am and break into a unit, but these idiots are to stupid to understand this. They went up on me and restricted all of us. I'll be moving soon but I'm just one of many, but if we all don't come together it will just be worse later. I want to share some picks that I've collected. This place looks so getto. I'm a maintenance technician and I can get the windows replaced by putting the wrong sign, broke down cars sitting in the front, trash campers dumping the waist. Do you really want to waste your money for a place like this. All the money that this facility takes in the owner can't spend the money to fix this issue. Then the owner and this idiot management company are just scamming us out of our money. soon they will have something new like on and off days to have access. I've been here to see 24-hour access, to 6 am to 10 pm, to 6 am to 8 pm access every day the office was closed but always had access.

And with this facility being closed on holidays we are losing 132 hours of access time while the rent is going up, and they call this customer. and none of the other facilities operate like this. i don't think these people know what they are doing. since this company has taken over managing it's just been going down, a chain is wrapped around the entry gate so no one can go in then the exit gate is disconnected so the gate open be opened. there's windows broken out in the office that they claim they have to special order, there is a window shop on orange groove that have the windows that they are looking for. but the bottom line they come with all kinds of bullshit to rip us all off for our money.

I love this storage facility even though I know i get on they last nerve lol! Marcel has always been so patient and understanding with me he is truly awesome! And now we have his assistant Toni here and she has the best customer service! She is friendly and always has a smile on her face....I can just be having the worst day and she just stays so cool and calm through it all! I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone I LOVE IT HERE!
