Claudia has been the most gracious and kindest person you will ever have the pleasure of meeting and doing business with. She is very friendly and helpful. I have to admit I have been with this storage business for twenty something years and have never had one issue ever. They are trustworthy and reliable. I know for sure my belongings are safe and secure here.

I've only been renting here a short time I had the opportunity to witness thieves in other storage places but there's no chance of that happening at Q street storage Claudia is on top of here job. She is so 👍 👍 two thumbs up. Good job.

5 stars isn’t enough for Q Street Storage. The best storage company ever. I've had my storage unit at Q Street Storage for over 2 years now and I'm very sad to be leaving because I know I won't find another place as professional, nice, caring, helpful and patient as Claudia and her husbands company. I’ve never had one issue with my belongings and always felt very safe and secure having my items stored at Q Street Storage. The size of my storage and the price each month I can’t find anywhere else even close to Q Street Storages. I had a hard time paying the last couple months that I was there due to some medical problems and instead of Claudia selling my items at an auction she wrote off my debt that I owed for a couple months. You won't ever find that at any other storage company. All other places will just auction your belongings without a care in the world but not Q Street Storage. Claudia was in constant contact with me and worked with me over those couple months and was extremely patient, kind, helpful and caring. I'm sad to be leaving Q Street Storage, it will be really hard to beat them, I doubt I will find a company that even comes close to Q Street Storage. THANK YOU CLAUDIA & Q STREET STORAGE!!! YOUR THE BEST. I will recommend Q Street Storage to anyone and everyone looking for the best storage facility.

Claudia goes way above and beyond to help!!! My story is sort of long, so I will make it brief....I needed to store a huge 40' motor home for my dad, who has dementia. Claudia didn't have a space quite that large but what Claudia did was think of other of storage places that she knew would have room. She gave me names and looked up their phone numbers for me!!! While I was speaking to one of the storage places on the phone, she sent me a text with another phone number!!! Claudia made my extremely stressful situation a calm situation!!! Thank you again and again Claudia.... You are seriously, amazing!!!!!!
