I’ve had multiple storages here going back five years ago: Securities never been an issue here I’ve never once had an incident The manager is awesome he knows me by name, has opened the gate for me many times for convenience. He’s always super attentive, even once I forgot to put close my door and lock it. He called let me know and I asked if he could do it for me. He said of course! I was super grateful and am grateful for you guys. Thank you.

I would like to say that Jordan has been an excellent storage manager there was a mishap where storages were being broken into but in the end he not only took care of it and we haven't had any break in since then but he also made sure that everything was done proper and right. I got my insurance check in the mail pretty fast faster than I thought I ever would all because Jordan did his job and did a great job at that.I did write a upsetting review prior to this but I was upset and that is my fault for lashing out because it was not Jordan's fault it was the insurance company and due to that they got a new insurance company for the renters. Jordan is a excellent storage manager he has always looked out for me and all the other renters there and he's always available when needed. So thank you jordan I appreciate you very much.

I originally was only planning to pick up a U-Haul from here, but Jordan was so helpful and knowledgeable I ended up switching my unit to this location. The customer service was great, and I saved time & money in the process! I’ll definitely be recommending First American to my family and friends with any future storage needs.

*********WARNING: PEOPLE WILL STEAL YOUR STUFF FROM 1ST AMERICAN SELF STORAGE***********

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! This place deserves negative stars! They'll let your stuff get ripped off and then they'll rip you off too!!

I stored my Honda CRV here for 4 months for $60 per month. When I went to pick it up, I assumed the battery would be dead and need a jump. No big deal, my boyfriend brought his truck and jumped my Honda. When i turned it on, it ROARED!!! We looked under the honda, and someone had sawed my catalytic converter clean off! Stole the O2 sensors also!

When we brought it to the attention of the supposed manager, Gavin, (who is some punk 20yr old kid!), he didn't care at all! His attitude suggested that this has happened before and he knew he wouldnt be held responsible so why bother. We found a hole in the back fence where someone could have broken in, told the manager and again, he shrugged, unsurprised and told us he'd call his "fence guys". He didnt even get up to see it for himself!! We asked to talk to the owner of the facility, and Gavin the manager told us thats a violation of privacy and he couldnt even tell us the owner's name. Seriously?! What kind of business is this?!?!?!

And then to top it all off, just like other reviewers said, he wanted a 30day cancelation notice and made me pay for another month even though my car had been violated and I was removing it from thier property that day.

Thanks for taking my money and not keeping my car safe! Now Im out $600 for the repairs my car needed after being stored here.
