I come here pretty often I hate writing reviews about people's business but today I come and drop off a return and the lady tells me I have to buy a full role of tape just to tape lable and box while she had a tape sitting right in front of me. I asked why can I not just use the tape she has there and said "that's not for returns" I understand people have to make a living but acting like this to a returning customer who brings her business is very unfair. I will never return to support this place ever again!!!!! Lately she has been very rude. How do you stay in business she picks and chooses who she will be rude to and who she will be helping making them feel welcomed. Let's not support people like this.

I love this lady!! Not only is she kind to me & my sister who always do our buisness here, I watched how genuinely KIND she was to the ups, fedex, etc during Christmas time. She is genuinely nice & runs her place with kindness & integrity. We been coming here for years & have never seen her be rude or mean. Even in the beginning when I didn't understand shipping, she always prints & helps me when I am lost on how to do things.

Lady at the counter was treating me like I was stupid when I didn’t understand what she was asking me. Never coming here again. When I finally understood what she was asking me she said ‘Yeah, that exactly what I was asking from you.’ in a very rude tone. If you don’t like your job, just quit. It’s that simple.

This lady is a Demon . Every other time i go there she gets bad with me . Today i asked for two copies of a receipt for work boots . She prints me 6 . I told her i only wanted two copies . She told me then say that . I told her "i said that to you on the email and well you were looking it up on your computer. I paid her for the six anyway . She grabbed the other 4 copies violently and tried to give me my money back very rued . I left telling her I don't want the money back . But I told you . I don't need to argue with you lady . I feel sorry for her Husband .

The lady at the counter is always super nice and it's so convenient to take care of shipping packages for my ebay store. There's never a line and you can purchase your postage online and print them in the store to save a little money.
