Before coming to this place I read all reviews, but decided to try my luck. So my appointment was at Nov 7 02:00 am. I came Nov 6 at 3 pm. So it’s 11 hours before appointment. The yard guy was super friendly, show me where to park and check in. Check in lady was super nice, after giving her my load ID and small friendly talk, she came with me to check trailer and talked my where to park it. I don’t know maybe I was lucky, maybe I was nice to her, too )))
Then at night I booked load at same location and night shift lady also was nice and friendly. This is my experience.
Be nice, be friendly and speak English ?
Maybe that you will get same respect.

I don’t know why people said no good comments ,
But when I came here I did easy check in and check out , and drop trailer! The workers very good and friendly !? but make sure YOU MUST COME HERE BY APPOINTMENT!!! I came here 20 minutes early and no problems !

No bathroom for hard-working drivers. There is bathroom inside, but they don’t allow to be used by drivers that bring Amazon loads.

They specifically say no public bathroom. It’s not like that I came off of the street like homeless person and asked for bathroom. I’m the one that I was bringing loads to them so they can continue having their job.

Very unprofessional and dirty place should be investigated for illegal workforce .

Friendly and helpful staff. Appointment was at 5:55am and lady at the front desk took me in at 4:00am. I was out of the yard by 4:26am. Do not arrive a day early they do not have the space for it at the moment.

Strange place, not truck friendly at all. I think they build carts here and load them onto Amazon trailers to take to other Amazon warehouses. I was glad I didn't have to bring a trailer in, just picking one up.

Avoid this place! Never come here with trailer, bad facility, no space, no parking, rude people, only by appointment

They swear at the driver, they are rude, they are boorish. I ask the management, if there is one, to take up the education of the staff.
