Witnessed one of their female drivers, smash a stop sign, and the proceed to keep going and take out a fire hydrant. Not once did she stop, she had to be chased down, then she blamed her GPS, even though the town has numerous signs saying no semi trucks on town.

This MUST be one of the worst companies on the road. I was traveling through Rolla Missouri and was coming into a construction zone where the Left lane was closed. Even though it was clearly marked 2 1/2 miles ahead (BEFORE the lane closed), 2 of their trucks believed that they are special. Traveling at nearly 70 miles per hour (The Speed limit is 60 in Rolla), they BOTH decided that they just had to be in front. One passed me and then hit his breaks so that the other truck could cut in just before the lane ended. When the Construction zone ended, I attempted to pass the truck that was right in front of me. That "Driver" didn't like that idea but he also didn't like the idea of me trying to get back to the right. For miles he played the "Stuper Trucker" game of speed up and then slow down to create more traffic.
When he finally passed me, I was able to get his trailer number and I had my Codriver call this company so that I could talk to their "Safety" team.
The first guy that I spoke to clearly was "Woke". He got offended because I asked if their "Drivers" could read and understand English. He failed to understand that the signs in Construction zones are written in English and he took offense to this. He put someone else on the phone and I explained yet again what has happened. He seemed unsure on how to proceed with my complaint of these two unsafe "Drivers" and their actions. I told him that there most likely is a GPS tracker on the trailer, so he can see where they are (As most have). It also isn't hard to believe that they can contact the "Driver" via phone access. I will hope that the DOT sees this review also and possibly pull these trucks over to find out if they can read and understand English and of course check the safety of these vehicles. My guess is that their safety rating is pretty low based on what I experienced with two of their "Drivers". Let this also show to any Legal team if one of their "Drivers" gets involved in Litigation. These practices clearly are acceptable with this company

This unit decided 500 ft before exit 291 in Tom Brooks Virginia to cut off me and other traffic in the exit lane travels from passing to exit ramp. Just to get fuel all that for what to cause a major wreck for fuel

Truck 485 routinely parks on residential streets with the cargo motor running. This is very noisy for everyone that lives there. Dispatch has been great trying to get them to move, but they keep coming back. I've probably bothered them 15 times. Please cur a woman w cancer a break and have this person fired. It's getting to the point I see your logo or 485 and I get anxious. Zero stars for the tmdriver, 2+ for dispatch.
