Karen was extremely friendly to deal with! Me and my partner were shopping around to move from another storage facility. She made the process so easy and transparent that we decided to go with this storage facility. Also helped her pup was such sweetie. I’ve worked as a bartender for almost 15 years and it’s not just about selling a product or a service. It’s about establishing a good rapport with your customers and keep the regulars coming back. She’s charismatic, funny but also was super direct with the answers to our questions. Thanks for making the move a great experience, Karen!

When I first entered the rental office, I was warmly greeted by Karen Lunsford. I was looking for a space to store my vehicle in their yard. Karen was very polite, helpful, and honest in addressing my questions and concerns about the storage facility. I was very happy with the way she treated me and I felt like I came to the right place. The process was smooth and well explained to me. A few months later, I expressed to Karen that I was interested in upgrading to an indoor unit. Once again, Karen went above and beyond five stars and helped me transition to an indoor unit. I appreciate how she sends the monthly statement reminders and payment receipts, promptly, to me for my records. Karen has been doing a fabulous job of helping make my storage rental experience at Gateway Storage, a really good one. Thank you Karen!

Gateway Storage, previously Mahers is a very clean, accessible and economical place to rent storage. I was a customer there for more than 12 years and am sad to leave the place as they always treated me well, especially Karen who always greats me when I see her. She has been a fantastic manager to the facility. When I plan to return and rent a space again I would hope there would be availability as I could see this place having a waiting list.
