Perfect hardware store! Staff knows their inventory as well! They are like family
Might seem a little pricy - but their merchandise is quality. They happily refund/exchange/replace items that just are a fail - staff is knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer questions or make suggestions , when asked. When you need that odd screw or nut or bolt or Plumbing fitting go to your local Ace Hardware Store much better than those big chain out big chain stores you know those two I'm talking about Ace Hardware has a much better selection it's better to support a mall pops even though it is Ace is still independently owned you're not a big Corporation just being managed gives a little man your money wherever possible spend your money local spend your money and family-owned businesses that is the way it should be everywhere you don't get customer service like you get in these independently owned and operated family businesses

Friendly and always helpful employees. (8 months ago) 5 stars

Update 1/19/2023 changed my 5 star rating.

Went in to look for a replacement bulb and use a coupon I had on a dremel rotary tool. Apparently I looked like someone who had stolen in the past there; after I was met at the door by the police I was searched and taken out to the parking lot so the officer could run my ID.

Poor experience today and not sure I want to return since the management didn't even apologize after the whole ordeal was over.
