We've lived at Waterstone for almost 2 year.s.It's safe, the neighbors are friendly. I often go to the leasing center and everyone is friendly and beautiful. They even have food for the dog. Any trouble in my home can be repaired by the property management, and Mr.Ego is always quick to come to the door to solve the problem. I used to be in charge of Mr.Ego,Mr.Leo and Mr.Lonnie. I often got help from them. They can always help me at the fastest speed. I liked their friendliness very much. We are very comfortable in Water stone.

It was good the first year after that it not that healthy for me it was water problems had mold badly and they had to tear my walls completely down to insulate walls and the floors stayed a hotel for 5 days at sick a lot. Later last year before moving setback ups flooding in bathroom twice damaged run in bedroom DESTORED AREA RUG AND BEDWEAR LINEN IN MY CLOSET AND THE BEBROOM COLLAPSED TWICE EVERYTHING STAED ON THE FLOOR FOR ABOUT 1WEEK FIRST TIME AND 3 WEEKSLATER HAPPEN AGAIN . SO YOU SEE IT WASN'T THE BEST AND WINTER IT WAS LIKE I WAS OUTSIDE SLEEPING.BUT THE TIMING WAS GREAT I FINALLY RECIEVED MY SECTION 8 AND I MOVED OUT TO A BEAUTIFUL PLACE 😍 THANK YOU STILL FOR EXCEPTING WHEN I NEEDED IT. GOD IS 👍

Mr. Kevin, one of the Maintenance representatives, is truly heaven-sent to the Presume Family. He truly shows that he cares for all of my concerns. When he fixes something, he always fixes it right the first time, and trust me when I say this: Once Kevin fixes something in your apartment, I bet any amount of money it won’t break again.

Thank you, Kevin, for being so kind to me when I was pregnant in 2024. He always made sure my apartment was clean and ready for my baby girl’s arrival.

And he’s so quick with everything when he’s fixing things inside of my apartment and he's always so very respectful and he always makes sure to clean up after himself.

I also want to say thank you Kevin for nicely putting everything back under my kitchen sink when you came to replace my sink. Truly didn't have to do that but you did and that meant so much to me. I truly wish I was able to do more than just give you an outstanding review because employees like you come a dime a dozen and you deserve so much more in life and at work.

I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Rancho Cordova Apts- it takes weeks to get anything fixed around here. Things are so run down and old. My fridge has been like this for three weeks. No one seems to have an estimated date on how long until a new one shows up. My stove burner burned through my pot last week, no one has come to replace that either. Management has been unreliable and unresponsive and so is FPI never returning customers calls or emails. With the amount of rent paid to this place it should be up and running well, it’s not.

To take a care about the request take a month to fixing The building Smelling bad the parking lot Always is full Because some tenants have more the one car and switch the parking permit to another car it’s a couple cars parking permanent never move. We give a complain to the manager, but he don’t care about and always The police is here in the building is Borregas courtyard 101 W. Weddell Dr.

I have lived at Vintage at Holly Village for almost 6 years now. I have not have many repairs to be done, but every time the work was done professionally and as quick as it could be fixed.
Today, one of the maintenance person, John, has done an excellent work. And I’m very pleased with it.
Cindy, our manager here at Holly village, as always been very professional, and always willing to help solve problems.
So all around, Vintage at Holly Village is a nice place to live.

Re: service at Vintage Spanish Springs #462 . I truly appreciate the work done today by Ashley . I had my cabinet doors adjusted, my bedroom door top right sanded and painted. Ashley is an exemplary employee and this company is very fortunate to have her represent the company. Professional, knowledgeable and proficient in any task at hand. Respectful and considerate. Had an issue with my AC and the Stone Creek Village team went above and beyond to get it fixed. They called in the original AC installer company and got it fixed completely and now it works like a charm. The team even brought me a tower cooling fan for me to use over the weekend until the job was completely - that’s classy! Thanks SCV team!
