Would of been 5 if it was based on location, security and ease of the storage unit. What brought it down was the fact I tried multiple times paying my bill by their machine at the gate. I tried 3 different debit or credit cards each time. It would only take my cash. Luckily I keep my receipts for the cash payments because I was told I owed $70.. that I paid in cash. Anyways if you pay in cash. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! I was told if I didn't have it I would of had to pay it again.. Whatever the mistake was.. You would think that if they removed more cash then the machine gave customers credit for they would have a overage.. Maybe a honest mistake, but I moved my stuff to another storage facility.

How convenient to have Mike's only about 5 blocks from my home! Mike will go out of his way to help a person out not only at the storage units but also next door at Ferguesons Meat Packing as well where you can catch him during the day.

2 break INS in 2 years than doesn't want to look at cameras because he is on vacation I understand the need for down time but when you own a business that's not always possible gate that is supposed to lock at 10 left open on more than one occasion whats the use of having it moved to a different storage unit in Russellville longer drive but worth it

They’re no help. You ask a question and you get “I don’t know” Why would you even put your phone number on the website for assistance and the only answer you can give is “I don’t know.” Go somewhere else people.
