Customer service line hardly ever gets answered and when it does it takes a long time for them to pick up. I requested a bin over a week ago and still haven’t got it after multiple phone calls assuring me it would be taken care of. Terrible company

Service is hit or miss, prices are going up and they never answer their phones. When companies get to big this is what happens to the customers ..... The company is always right and the customer is wrong ...

Very disappointed with this trash service. Our rental utilizes them and so we have to use them. I feel the price is fair. It’s around $80 for 3 months. However, they do not send out timely statements and then just quit picking up the trash without notice though they didn’t send out a statement. The person my husband spoke to stated that his wife typically sends those out and she has been sick…. Which is terrible but I still need my trash picked up. We promptly paid the bill we didn’t know was due and yet our trash hasn’t been collected. We have called everyday several times a day with no answer. I feel this business is very unprofessional.

Edit: I forgot to say that I stopped using this service a couple of months ago.
I called them to have them pick up something too large for the trash can and they said no problem. They never picked it up. They were consistently inconsistent; they were not on time nearly every week, showing up on a variety of days. When I cancelled my service the man I spoke to tried to get info out of me about my new service and told me that the service, which he guessed, has been taking all his customers; topped it off with a whole "we're a small struggling business" thing. That did two things: let me know that I wasn't the only one and that I didn't like him for trying to guilt trip me about cancelling. Being a mom and pop business doesn't excuse you from serving quality products and services. My new service does everything they say they will.

They broke the lid off of our can and told us we had to leave it at the curb for repair. Our house is 70 yards from the road. It's been there for 5 weeks broken. We've called ever week. They keep saying 2 to 5 days. . I'm tired of the neighbors wild dogs scattering the trash at the road because there's no lid. All we want is a lid so we can bring our can back to the house and quit picking up scattered trash. Want even respond now. Was told that it's not priority due to their company being bought out.

I used to love Lee's Trash Service but ever since LRS aquired it they never sent a bill until it was past due and then even after it was payed didn't pick up. Not to mention prices are higher on top of the horrible service.

Will not answer phone or emails. Tried several days.

Day after their response, still would not answer phone or answer email. Wanted to buy top soil from them that they at one time had a sign on the fence about. So I found someone that answered the phone the first time I called and will buy soil from them.

So easily done when needed we can talk to someone instead of going through an automated system, I would recommend Lee's Trash to everyone. I love that we can just call and schedule a pick up without going through any hasstle.
