The wind from the storm early this morning blew my trashcan over and my bag came out.. the garbage truck ran this morning but left my bag sitting outside the trash basket. They could have gotten out and threw the bags in truck but no they left the bags beside the road. I called in to report it. Now I’m wondering if they’ll come back to get it or just leave it for the neighborhood dogs to get in..
