I’m real happy with small town storage. I’ve used them twice over a period of six or seven years and each time I used them they were great no problem easy to easy access when I couldn’t remember my gate code they help me out the good guys and I really like the guy that runs the place. Good guy.

I was in a real pickle because the 10 x 24' unit I had rented at another storage facility nearby wasn't open when I needed access to the unit, and I had a 26' moving truck full of all my belongings that had arrived from Sedona with a team of four men. I called Small Town and they immediately signed me up, and the local manager Jake was so helpful, kind, and efficient getting us into an even bigger unit that will work better, so it worked out. Big Phew! High compliments for Jake's organizational skills, integrity, and thoroughness!

Helped some friends move. Not a customer but Small Town let us wait in the lobby for our friends to get a truck. Super friendly. Clean. Very efficient. BRING YOUR ID to go inside gates, they have excellent security.
