A prompt response and amazing service. Team is professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. My son and I got a flat tire heading south on I-17 to Phoenix, right after Sunset Point. We had to pull over in a dangerous spot, not conducive to changing a tire. We were there for barely 20 minutes before help arrived, and my son and I were immediately able to calm down. Thank you for all your help today!

Called for a tow, was given a price $350+, then they called and said it was going to be more because of where the car was located. Tow was canceled and they still charged credit card. They offered $150, but we said no, because it was like a bait & switch. Disputed through credit card company and they lied and said they sent email/letter (20 days later) saying it was non refundable. They NEVER sent that communication. They also have made up phone transcripts saying we cancelled when they were 20 minutes out and cancelled because cops were helping us out. Falsification! Better Business Bureau is next step!

These guys were awesome. I broke down, heading up to flagstaff by the truck stop with a vehicle full of people. Not only did they get my vehicle towed, but they also sent someone to drive us back in town. Great communication and very good customer service. Definitely recommend giving them a call if you need a tow!

I am so grateful for R & R towing! Rob is an Angel sent and came for me in an area not many other towing company’s were willing to come. He came so fast & kept excellent communication the entire time! He is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does and truly does care more than most. I felt 100% safe and protected as soon as he arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend R & R towing. I want to thank Robert for his service. He was extremely helpful to getting us back on the road today after we had a trailer shred a tire and it wrapped around the axle. I would highly recommend R&R Towing any time you have trouble in the I17 area just south of the Camp Verde area. 5 Stars for sure.Below you can see what he had to fix.

My name is Jeromy with Freeway Towing. Truly is sad when one tow company steps on another tow companies toes. I got a call from a customer needing a tow in Mayer to Phoenix and half way to Mayer he calls to cancel because R&R Towing pulled up to him and offered their services. That is illegal. I called R&R and he answered the phone the driver himself (so one of those small companies if dispatcher and driver are the same person) I told him who I was and how that isn't right. He said the guy called him which I have text proof he didn't. I told the driver if he called then screenshot me proof on his call log and I will Zelle or cash app him 150.00 and of course he didn't. He as since ignored me. No wonder everyone give tow truck drivers bad names. Look what they do...

Coming back from Tucson my car overheated. I was lucky enough to make it to the truck stop on I17 and called this place. Shawn was awesome! He said he would call me back and made a phone call to a mechanic to see if he would be open the next day as it would be Saturday (Labor day weekend). Explained what happened to the guy. Called me back and said we were all set for 1st thing the next morning. Even offered to stop by to peek at car but we decided just to wait till morning. Showed up on time and got me to the mechanic with no worries. One of my angels! Can’t thank you enough for your service! Highly recommend this place for your towing needs.
